Wow. It's been a while.
Is anyone even still reading? ha.There isn't much new to say. I still wish it was 5pm (everyday, all day) I still wish I was 20 pounds skinnier (I'm actively working on that!) I still wish I was a multi-millionaire (working to perfect that whole stay at home, make gazillions of dollars thing - it's tough) and I still wish I had a house on the beach (who doesn't?)
In other news -- we didn't make it to North Carolina. BUT we did go on the cruise and it was FANTABULOUS, except for the fact that we missed Lori a lot (had a few tequila shots in her honor.... I learned my limit is 4.... good to know for future reference....)
Since then, we sent LJ off to college at UNT Denton. He's making his own way, stumbling at times, but isn't that how it goes? You live, you learn.
Jacob is getting his driver's license this summer, and I HOPE that his dad will do the majority of teaching him to drive because............. I don't have the heart or stomach for it. It stresses me out way too much. Besides, his dad is an excellent driver. An excellent driver. Yeeeaaah. 30 minutes to Wapner.
I'm not sure what I meant by "career change" in 2007 -- oh wait! Yes I am!! I remember now! Well... it hasn't happened yet, but I think that's because A. I'm not sure I want it to (I'm comfortable where I am) and B. it isn't time yet (All things in God's time - not mine...) I'm just easygoing, I like things the way they are now. Except for that whole millionaire/house on the beach thing.
